Choice Roofs – Roofing and Exteriors offers a “NO OBLIGATION” storm damage inspection. We do this by scheduled appointment and at the request of the homeowner. We do request that the homeowner be present while a qualified representative of Choice Roofs provides a thorough forensic storm damage inspection. This inspection not only includes the roof and its components that include soft metals, vent pipes, flashings, ventilation, etc. We also look at the entire property including screens, windows, shutters, siding, paint, HVAC, fencing, storage buildings and or other structures. If substantial storm damage exists to your property, we will document our findings with photographs and review with you one on one. We will then discuss and consult with you a best practices course of action.

What If you have already filed an insurance claim and an insurance adjuster has assessed the damages? Then during our inspection, we ensure that nothing has been missed. We will review the insurance adjusters estimate and ensure that the insurance company has allowed for all of the damages that we identify during our inspection.
